Because Royalty House products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, scent, consistency, appearance, or packaging may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product photos may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, packaging availability, or small-batch variations.

5. Allergies and Sensitivities

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • incomplete or inaccurate customer information;

  • product unavailability;

  • violation of these Terms of Service; or

  • circumstances that prevent us from safely or lawfully fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and product descriptions may change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, local-delivery charges, or other applicable costs will be shown during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item or order.

8. Small-Batch Availability

Royalty House products are produced in limited quantities. Availability may change quickly, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

We may limit quantities per customer or order when necessary to manage inventory, prevent unauthorized resale, or maintain fair access to limited products.

9. Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, delivery, and shipping information.

Royalty House does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or business street address must be provided for shipped orders.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, including offering a revised timeframe or refund when required. Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and, when they cannot meet those times, to obtain the customer’s agreement to the delay or issue a refund.

10. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please carefully review your address before completing checkout.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or delivery charges required to resend the order.

Royalty House is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues

Due to the personal and sanitary nature of handmade bodycare products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-related concerns, including scent, texture, color, consistency, or personal sensitivity.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

12. Lost, Stolen, and Delivered Packages

Royalty House is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking indicates that a package is delayed or lost while still in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine what assistance may be available.

13. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

Gift cards and promotional codes are subject to any terms displayed when they are issued or purchased.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Promotional codes may have exclusions, expiration dates, minimum-purchase requirements, or limits on use.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any gift card or promotional code associated with fraud, unauthorized activity, technical error, or misuse.

14. Intellectual Property

The Royalty House name, logo, artwork, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, website design, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Royalty House and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Royalty House product does not grant permission to reproduce our formulas, packaging, branding, photography, descriptions, or other proprietary materials.

You may submit truthful reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content where the website allows it.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • it reflects your honest experience or opinion;
