Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our handmade bodycare products, all sales are final. For health and sanitation reasons, Royalty House does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds for preference-related concerns, including scent, texture, or personal sensitivity.

Please review each product description and ingredient list carefully before purchasing. We strongly encourage customers to perform a patch test before full use.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to Royalty House because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Royalty House is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

P.O. Boxes

Royalty House does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address may be delayed or canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Royalty House is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.

If your tracking information shows an issue while the package is still in transit, please contact us so we can help review the shipment.
